From the beginning of January i reported my Alarm system to be fixed. Absa have told me to get the the Quotation from EPR. Since January no one gets back to me. Im holding on for more than 49 minutes a day!!!
Im fed up for poor service. Call CENTRE takes messages and keeps me on hold forever. This is frustrating.
I promise you, if they brake into my HOUSE, you will cover every cent.
While im typing this letter im still on hold now for 29 min.
IS THIS RESONIBLE??? I tell you what you YOU ARE PHATETIC
