I specially took time off work to change my Cellphone number on your systems
to enable me to do Internet banking and receive my OTP...
I went in, signed the forms, copy of my ID...
I still cannot log in and was told it wasnt changed over the phone...
Then somehow I failed you "security test" as was told I have to go in
and change it.
Which I already did!!! I received a sms from you saying it was changed
