Pathetic lack of knowledge by Nedbank Card

on Friday Last week i called in to nedbank Card division at 14:33. i got through to Louise Adams. provided Details and started asking for Assistance on my statement breakdown. i stated to Lousie that what is on my Statement is not what is debited from my account monthly. after much discussion and holding the Line for almost 5 minutes of DEAD AIR, Here comes Ayanda, the 2IC. More so I think not even 2IC.

I explained to ayanda that on my statement i have an Amount under Budget for just over R900, but i get Debited only R750, . If I owe you R1k for argument's sake, take the total. Not more, not Less. In December ALL my purchases where placed on BUDGET, on Friday i came to find that i have a straight Amount. so Ayanda Pulls statements from December, only to find that amounts dont come to what is reflecting for straight on my statement. SHE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK ON FRIDAY, It's WEDNESDAY!

WHY DOES NEDBANK NEVER HAVE SUPERVISORS AVAILABLE EVER?
WHY DOES THE AGENT LACK BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF NEDBANK PRODUCT?
IS THERE ANYBODY CAPABLE OF ANSWERING MY QUERY?
