Im currently banking with absa and i have noticed that absa cheque accounts are charging very high, every months im paying close to R1000.00 or 500 to R700 every months and i once called t Call center they told m im not on value bundles and aftr that i asked t b switchd into t value bundled they rook My information but still My account was nt changd n i made lots of follow ups but t was no help, i now noticd that t upgrad i must send golf t absa sms number then t consultant called m i gave all My info which was requested n faxd thru My documents, bt that was stories after stories, i called t Call center thy told m yvone is working on My acc they Will send n email she Will Call while even yvone promised to Call back but it never hapened. Why do w have to pay such a huge amounts to t bank? isit fair to customers while other banks their charges r less.im even switching a bank after so many years banking with absa.what a bad service, very expensive as of u r paying a bill.
