Inconsistent information from staff

Reference numbers: 1-51625122/1-51893918. Staff at Supaquick Cape Town refused to swipe my eBucks card. On 24/01 I was told by Tebogo Goeieman to send them my invoices for 2 purchases made and they would load it manually. After doing this I received a reply from the eBucks team saying I had to do a 10 pt check, which was completed and I received points for this. I forwarded on the proof and was then told that I do not qualify for eBucks on the purchases of over R5000 that I made at Supaquick. I had to call the call centre to speak to someone cognisant of my query. Moroma said there were no notes on the reference numbers provided to me regarding my query and transferred me to Lebo without informing me that she was going to do so. Lebo then told me that I could only claim points for the 10 point check and not the purchases. The website states, " Whenever you pay for your purchases with your qualifying FNB card you earn eBucks from the bank.:I replied to Lebo's mail asking what this meant in terms of Supaquick and 2 days later I have still not received a reply. Why would Tebogo tell me that they would manually allocate the points if they will not?
