Ad bad very bad service

I am a very disappointed client. The whole of December the atm's where not working. I understood as it was the festive season. Now last weekend 25&26 January the same thing happened. I stay in jhb cbd close to carlton center and the atm there was not working, then I walked to ellof street and that atm was closed, then I walked to market street then that one was not working, finaly went to plein street and it working. Do ai realy have to walk for 45 minutes looking for an atm? Worse was when trying to transfer money from my own acc to the next acc via mobile banking it kept on saying... IT TEMPORALY OUT OD SERVICE!! I'm SERIOUSLY THINKING OF MOVING MY ACCOUNT SOON.
