CAPITEC TOOK MY MONEY

I AM SO DISSAPINTED I DEPOSITED R2100 INTO MY SISTERS CAPITEC ACCOUNT, WHEN SHE CHECKED THE BALANCE THE MONEY WAS GONE, WHEN SHE WENT TO ENQUIRE THEY TOLD HER IT IS THE MONEY SHE SPENT IN DECEMBER THEY NEVER TOOK IT, WHOS FAULT IS THAT? THAT CAPITEC HAS STUPID SYSTEMS THAT NEVER DEBITED THEIR CUSTOMERS IN DECEMBER? HOW CAN THEY REALY DEBIT A WHOKLE R2100 WITHOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER AWARE THEY GOING TO DO IT NOW WE SITTING WITHOUT SCHOOL FEES MONEY BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEMS WERE NOT WORKING IN DECEMBER THEY DECIDE TO DEBIT THE AMOUNT IN JANUARY WITHOUT MAKING AN ARRANGEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER... THE WHOLE FAMILY BANKS WITH CAPITEC AND WE ARE MOVING TO STANDARDBANK, I CANT BELIEVE I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM CAPITEC.
