Poor Service at Jet Store Market Street.
What I've noticed every time I go to Jet Market Street there's always a long queue and one person working on the tills and no sign of any Manager or Supervisor.
Today I went there to credit an Item i paid cash for and the guy at the till told me he doesn't know how to credit a cash Item and that he will call someone who knows how to do it.
I waited 10 min but still nobody came at the same time he made a mistake on another customers account and didn't know how to rectify it and this lady also had to wait. We both waited and still nobody came I eventually took my packet and left as i had to get back to work.
I must say the service is very poor!!! Highly upset customer.
