I would like to extend my sincere appreciation of a Wow service received from Martha Bambo. I requested a cancellation of a one of my policy on the 28-01-2013, the turnaround time is exceptional well and within the 24HR SLA.
The consultant was very friendly and professional through-out the call. Thumb up to Martha and please maintain or exceed the exceptional customer service you are providing, it is Wow i must say.
