Please everyone, be very careful when you call for a quote... before leaving overseas for 3 month I phoned Outsurance for a quote for my car... after receiving the amount on the telephone I asked for not processing it (and this is recorded as every phone call) now as I have to go overseas and will contact them again for a possible change... After coming back from overseas I saw that my account was debited for 3 month with the amount that I was quoted for... at the same time I paid my premium to my other insurer... so I paid double... can happen... the point is that I try to get my money back as it was deducted without my confirmation - promised phone calls are not happening, manager are not in house, being on meetings, everytime I phone the call center I get told that I will receive a phone call from the supervisor or manager to solve the problem - it never happens... 2.500Rand is maybe not a lot of money for you Outsurance, but it is for me and I really have enough of the way of doing business and getting money in, not out... It gives me clearly the feeling that you just don't care...
