I had a case brought to Legalwise in 2010 regarding repairs done to my car. To cut it short, Legalwise their "lawyer" which I was referred to did nothing and I ended up paying having to pay Nedbank over R35K due to short fall after they've settled the account. I paid my last instalment at the end of August 2013. So much for "DONT TALK TO ME - TALK TO MY LAWYER". I decided to give Legalwise another case which I lodged on the 30th November 2013 at your Johannesburg branch with Mpho Mokaila. To date, I have not received any correspondence from Mpho. I have left several messages but have not had the pleasure of a response from her. Frankly, I have reached my level of pisstality!! Your advertising is misleading and could result in big problems. is this going to be another case where Legalwise does nothing and I end up paying for the repairs myself?? Quite frankly, I wonder whether its still worth it to be associated with Legalwise!!
