EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM LEGALWISE JOHANNESBURG

On the 22nd of May I seek advice of the legal representative from legalwise regarding a matter where I was asked to pay for monies that I was not aware were outstanding. The branch manager (Lee Pillay) gave me a call but there was no follow up. Forward almost 2 weeks later i receive another email from the company, this time formal giving me a deadline by which to pay (i.e. 14 June 2013). I contacted legalwise again frantically on the 11th of June. Mervn Moodley picked up this case. He asked me to give him all the details and the background which I did the same day. i was quite impressed as to how prompt he was. However, much disappointment was to follow. I called him again the next day, he couldn't remember who I was but then soon told me that he WILL assign the case to someone and when I asked him what do I do in the meantime as the company is expecting a payment on the 14th of June (Friday). he told me to relax. I contacted him again on the 13th, he asked me yet again for 'brief background' and told me the case was assigned to a Mpho Mokaila. Mpho received this case on the 18th of June 2013 but did nothing. Yesterday, i got a letter of demand from the company's attorneys!
