I called your call centre to notify them that i need to add a tracker. The Agent told me that there are 3 companies to choose from, i.e. R59, R70, R179... I asked her to tell me the benefits or the comparison in summary she advised me that they are in partnership, they know the premiums not the benefits.
How do you agree to sell a product but you cant advise on the benefits? She said i must call the 3 companies or check their websites then call outsurance again.
Waste of time, please review this process i.e. send me the comparison via email, as a user i need to make an informed decision, i cant pick and choose..
