Yesterday 28/01 I returned home after months away only to find my car battery dead. I immediately called King Price and spoke to a guy called LEBO who was incredibly helpful given that I am a university student miles away from home (The policy is under my mother' name) He organized for a towing company to come and jump start my vehicle. I received an SMS notification to confirm that my call was on record as well as a call from the towing company within minutes of my call to the call centre confirming an ETA.
The towing company was incredibly efficient and the guy was very friendly.
