Standardbank messes up once again

I wrote a report on Standard Bank not clearing my name after all accounts were paid up last month. This matter has still not been resolved.

Just spoke to Experian and according to them my Blue Bean account (this was part of debtreview) although showing R0 outstanding also show that it wasn't paid for a long time, despite the fact that money was allocated to this account monthly by the National Credit Bureau.

I cannot believe that once again I'm struggling with Standardbank. I had accounts with several other institutions and had no problems whatsoever with any of them.
