I had to close all my loan accounts and credit cards when getting an advance account with standardbank.

The whole thing about getting it was forcing me to close all these other accounts. When doing the application A YEAR AGO. Then suddenly a few months later i was surpprised to see a debit order on my account for my credit card, which according to me had to be closed and according to the consultant that assited me it was and had to be closed for me to get the advance account.

I then queried this becuase it was indeed never closed, the yearly subscribtion was then charged and this amount caused the debit order.

Its now November and still I get a statement every month and a deduction every month.

Im asuming the next years subscribtion is around the corner, and I will be paying for something i am not able or allowed to use, seeing that i dont even have a card that can be activated for this account.

So to sum up, I have a credit card bill for a credit card I should not even have and dont have.
