I went to go and collect my car after 3 months of repairing which I did not have a car for; I have a car hire option but the fools did not organize my vehicle in time (3 WEEKS) after which I had paid Avis to get car hire because my dumb insurance company has failed to do so.

The assessment: Renato assessed the car but he did not complete the assessment, infact I think he should be fired because my cars door still has dents, the cars rim cap was damaged but it was not replaced they just whiped it and they state Renato did not specify that the cap was damaged and the door also has dents from the accident which they just painted over without repairing.

TC Panelbeaters: The cars side skirt was glued back on and it is not sitting firm nor straight, they could see the door had dents from the accident but just painted over them without enquiring with the assessor.

Now I left my car with them to finish their job and im still carless only 4 them to tell me my policy has car hire but I have to pay a holding depo... THERE IS NO WAY I WILL DO THAT. I need a car and YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THE PETROL FEE... a inconvenience if you ask me. Everyone I know will know TELESURE GROUP.
