My father's account was put under debt review and later withdrawn as it was done without his consent. The withdrawal letter was sent to Real People on 26th Nov 2013 already but even today it is still under debt review and as such is in arrears.
I have called, emailed, faxed Real People numerous times to get assistance but no one is willing to help I am being thrown from person to person.
