CALL CENTER HAS MY NUMBER ON REDIAL

I logged a complaint with FNB on the 28-01-2013 regarding additional debit orders that have gone off my account over and above the loan agreement I have with them. The complaint was responded to, indicating that FNB loans department would contact me. (Ironic, considering they are the department my complaint was about in the first instance.) Despite FNB having received the loan installments and additional debits (which I need to have explained), their call center - 087 575 0091 seems to have my number on redial. I have been called 15 times in the last 3 days by different agents. These call center agents, who clearly see and have told me that payments reflect on their system, continue to phone me but cannot explain anything about the additional debits. FNB has seriously LOST it and this constitutes harassment for no reason. Your own records reflect payments being successful SO WHY IS YOUR CALL CENTER PHONING ME???
