Poor client experience

Good morning,

I would like to lay a complaint regarding the poor client experience I have had since I have switched my short term insurance policy to Momentum.

I was promised that my account would be debited on 1 January 2014 to cover the premium for January.

I had made provision for this and when my account was not debited I then decided to follow up with Julia Cordier on 21/01/2014 who had assisted in drafting my policy. This was subsequent to my having received a phone call to confirm my bank account details which I did on 16/01/2014.

Please may this be attended to urgently as today is the 29th and still the debit order which was meant to debit on the 25th has not debited my account. Please note that all debit orders against my account have already debited so I find this very inconvenient.

I spoke to Thabo on Friday who asked me to wait till Wednesday - today is Wednesday and the debit order has not debited. I expect a response today as to the resolution of this matter.
