POOR SERVICE FROM FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?!!!

ON THE 13 DECEMBER 2013 I HAD MY BONUS PUT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT, THE VERY SAME DAY FNB ALLOWED A DEBIT ORDER FROM THIER SMART SPEND LOAN DEPARTMENT TO REMOVE MONEY OF MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE 31 ST OR LAST DAY OF THE MONTH WHICH IS THE AGREEMENT I HAVE MADE WITH FNB SMART SPEND DEPARTMENT, I CALLED IN THEIR CALL CENTER TO HAVE IT REVERSED I SPOKE TO BRAITH AT AROUND 11 AM 14/12/13 AND HE ASSURED ME THAT I WILL HAVE MY MONEY BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT IN TWO HOURS AND TO DEBIT ME AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
HE HAS NOT REVERSED THE TRANSACTION AS I HAVE CALLED IN FNDB CALL CENTER AT 5:20PM 14/12/13 AND SPOKE A LADY AND SHE MADE A NOTE OF MY COMPLAINT AND SHE CANT FORWARD ANYTHING TO HER TEAM LEADERS TO HELP ME AS THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL TUESDAY WHICH IS AND FRUSTRATING AS I HAD TO TAKE MY LITTLE KIDS OUT FOR SHOPPING FOR CHRISTMAS AND NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO TAKE THEM OUT, AN AGREEMENT SHOULD BE ADHERED TO BY BOTH PARTIES AND MY SMART SPEND LOAN IS UP TO DATE SO FND SHOULD NOT HAVE MONEY GOING OUT SO EARLY IF I HADNT AGREED TO IT. I EXPECT MUCH BETTER SERVICE FROM A BANK THAT HAS A SLOGAN " HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? I HAVE BEEN WITH FNB MORE THAN TEN YEARS
