A few months ago i complained about paying for goods and not receiving them after a few months i find that i have a bad credit rating and that my account is in arrears despite the fact that i was assured that the arrears would be corrected due to my argument of not having my goods hens the reason i stopped paying
i am contacted daily by rude call centre agents who shout at clients NAMELY ZASKIA FROM THE DURBAN CALL CENTRE
1.MY ACCOUNT AR EARS WAS SUPOSE TO BE CLEARED DUE TO THE FACT THAT FOR MONTHS I HAD TO PAY FOR GOODS NEVER IN MY POSETION
2.CALL CENTER STAFF HARASS CLIENTS BY PHONING THEM FROM UNKNOWN NUMBER AT RIDICULOUS TIMES OF THE EVENING DEMANDING PAYMENTS
3.WHEN ASKED FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS DETAILS THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO REDIAL
4.I AM ASKING AGAIN PLEASE CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES
5.THE SO CALLED REGIONAL MANAGER WHO I AM STILL WAITING TO GET BACK TO ME!! SINCE OUR LAST ENCOUNTER ON HALLO PETER IS MOST PROBABLY NOT IN THAT POSITION ANY MORE AS I AM STILL AWAITING
