Even though I've never dealt with HomeChoice in any way or form I've been receiving phone calls from their call center agents on a regular basis for the last couple of months, every time asking to speak to a Mr Douglas Nkosi.

Every single time I've told them that I'm not Douglas Nkosi, that there's no Douglas Nkosi at the number they have dialed, and considering that the number they've dialed has been my office number for the last 11 years it should be obvious that they have the WRONG NUMBER.

Regardless of having repeatedly told them they have the wrong number and the wrong person they still keep phoning me. This week alone I've had four (4) calls from them already, the last one less than 15 minutes ago. During the last call I again asked the agent to not contact me again since I'm not Douglas Nkosi, and he assured me that he's removed my number from their system.

As fair warning to HomeChoice, if I receive one more call from your call center I will be going to the SAPS, and I will open a case of harassment against your company since it's obvious that the repeated requests for you to stop phoning me is having no effect, and your continued calls now constitutes harassment.
