I changed my payment method for my Vechile finance to EFT payment. I received all confirmation that it is in order and the debit order is cancelled. My debit order use to go off on 1st but now I changed to make my eft paymet 26th of the month which is 5-6 days earlier. On the 24th I received my slaary and made the tranfer for my car payment. I recieved a confimation email from Carol that the payment was recived. On the 28th I recievd a phonecall from Collections at MFC that my account is overdue and I need to make a payment.
Needless to say I lost it. I am still waiting fro them to confirm that my payment was traced and put on to my vechile finace account. To my surprise this morning MFC debited my bank account with R800.00 without any reason why or what it was for., in other word funds from my bank account after they cionfirmed that my debitborder was cancelled for this account. Iam sent from department to department and I still do not know what the R800.00 was for. I have given them time to get back to me in case it is something I need to pay but I will be returning the debit today. I have req them to change the pmt method of my son's car to EFT but they cannot, why?
