This young man addresses clients like his name is African Bank and have the to drop a call on a clients ears and literally tells you. I had over 3 coversations with him and he doesn't have the approach, technique or the customer service experience he so brags about, as he claims to have more than 5yrs exp in this position.
I am taking this not lying down hoping that all the clients who had the same treatment can come forward and expose the kind unprossionalism and hippocritical behavior displayed by African Bank Collections departmement as to they can't be getting their money back with this attitute.
