Awful is more appropriate. The claims consultant was extremely polite, sympathetic and pleasant in taking down the facts of the event. She also arranged for the plumber to arrive quickly to fix the problem that lead to the claim. That was unfortunately all that happened to my satisfaction.
We have tried everything but we just cannot get Outsurance to arrange for the builder and carpet company to come and fix the problems. We have wasted a lot of time waiting around at home. Nine days have now passed we have telephoned, sent e-mails, left voice mails, sent text messages, all to no avail.
