My car was written off two weeks ago - without any questions or hesitation, Outsurance has dealt with the claim while showing concern for my physical wellbeing after the accident and keeping me up to date with the progress of the claim settlement. I have found another suitable vehicle to buy and the insurance quotes arranged by the dealer were ludicrously high. Despite my current claim, the Outsurance quote is considerably lower than the others. The call centre staff - from claims queries, the new quote, to cancelling the existing insurance (and hearing that I will be receiving a refund on it) - were all extremely helpful, efficient and polite.
