Having had the misfortune of a laptop being 2 months ago which Outsurance replaced within 4 days, I had an even worse mishap when I had an accident in my car... Outsurance arranged the flatbed truck to take the vehicle away, kept in contact for the duration of the repairs via e-mail and sms, arranged for an assessor TWICE, once for the initial damage and then for the unseen damage. Approved my claim and had an Avis car waiting for me at the closest Avis outlet.
Two claims in 2 months and both have left me smiling and motivated enough to want to share this with people who visit this site.
Well done OUTSURANCE you are brilliant.
