Hail storm

We had a hail storm that damaged my house to the extend that it needs to be rebuild. About half an hour into the storm I called Outsurance and a lady by the name of Beverly took down my claim. About 5 min after my call I receive a sms that the claim is registered and that the will contact me. I thought this was very good service but I was so wrong in the days to come.
I was the one that kept on calling, left messages and mails with no response. Eventually the assessor contacted me (5 days later) to set up an appointment 5 min before. He inspected the house and said he needs to give the claim back to Outsurance because and I quote "This is one of the worst damaged houses if have seen"He left and the building contractor called me that same day to notify me that they have received the claim from Outsurance. Till today (6 days later) I have not heard from them. Last Thursday the project manager called me and was supposed to meet me today to look at the damages never called. Still dont know what is going on. Nobody at Outsurance is taking my claim serious and this is the worst service ever. My house is wet every time it rains. Can somebody very senior please help me
