as i young adult
i have just started my career and decided to do banking with the prestige FNB
i am extremely upset with FNB as i requested for my funds from my 32 day account to be released and the account closed as i don't find it useful
this was done on the 24/12/2013
in the lakeside mall branch
as i saw there were no funds that were put into my account
i phoned FNB to query this
a lady advised me that nothing as been done to the account and is still active
i need to request again for the money to be released and wait another 32 days i find this very disappointing as i was counting on the money on coming in i had made plans and committed to certain things
i had the knowledge that everything was in order
as a young banker i will not advise anyone with opening an account with FNB
I will be switching over to a much more promising and efficient bank who are willing to assist there customers
