I had a problem with my geyser. I called Outsurance and the call was handled efficiently by Wendell. My wife and I received SMS's to inform us that a plumber would be at our premises in 22 minutes. The plumber arrived a minute earlier and problem resolved. Well done Outsurance - AWESOME!!
