So i was referred to my branch in Melville regarding my risk grade and the fact that my account shows that i am in recovery. I got assistance from Roxanne Sarjoodei from your Melville branch and after all the hustle and bustle she was told that no one in ABSA can assist in changing my profile. This is unacceptable. I want this sorted as i am not it recovery.
