Good day,

I have a complaint against ABSA Melville.

I went to the branch today 19.09.2013 @ 13:00 to get info and assistant regarding some personal matter.
I waited until 13:45 with no assistance I had to ask for the manager but unfortunately he/she wasn't available and was referred to person in charge.

I explained to her that I had to go back to work at 14:00 by which she told me that because they are a small branch they can only one sales consultant but to me that simply means that some of the clients might have to leave the bank without any assistance.

She even told me that what I wanted was not offered in the branch and she gave me some number to phone but I don't really understand what's the point of that branch if they are unable to help everyone who enters the bank and that to me was like she was saying DO IT YOUR SELF!!!

I was there Wednesday 17.07.2013 looking for the consultant and I was told she was on leave which means that when she is not there everything must stop AND some services can not be rendered.

Im not happy about this and this to me spells slow and bad service.

And whats this thing of having airtime to buy airtime..AYYYY ABSA
