I logged a complaint on 20/12/2012 at 14h15 and still not resolved or callback received...
I am an ex staff member of ABSA. Left in November 2012, but before leaving, I had a problem where my RISK PROFILE could not be updated. According to ABSA, i was a "CLIENT IN RECOVERY". I was told that nobody in ABSA could remove this status, although I owed ABSA ABSAlutely nothing.
Initially ABSA credit card division said I owed them money. Upon investigation, the amount owing was written off, and i was given no explaination. So, my understanding, I AM NOT A CLIENT IN RECOVERY.
ABSA, Number 1 Banking Brand, guess what, I have now joined up with the WORLDS MOST INNOVATIVE BANK...
