I am really disappointed with the way ABSA has been charging me without notifying me on any changes pertaining to my current package. From what i know i am on a R99 package that include internet banking and about 20 atm withdrawals but of late i have noticed huge amounts leaving my account for instance this month there is a dubious R181.00 that says transaction charges, what charges and after adding all my charges they amount to R400.00 honestly i am now working for this bank, i am now a slave to this bank, i am closing this account unless i get clarity, i have been banking with ABSA for more than 5 years and this is how you repay your clients?
