Loss of cash due to incorrect debit of account

Nedbank has debited my account twice now - I have not authorised them to do so. The impact on my life was loss of shelter, loss of food and lost peace of mind due to the impact on my cash, needed for the payment of my necessities. I believe that this is unethical practice as I had made arrangments with Nedbank for payment and the administration on their side is disgusting. I would not recommend them to anyone because of their dishonesty - the logo "for peace of mind banking" in every bank is an utter demonstration of double standards. I expect that my money - 20000 be refunded. in addition a sum for the losses suffered should also be covered by nedbank.
