Five weeks and still waiting

I submitted a claim, they rejected it due to "no forcible entry". I responded on 20 December explaining how the had accessed, how they had to use force to enter a secure and locked area, as well as various definitions of force (legal and ordinary). They only responded (28 January) that my claim had been rejected as it was not covered under the Fire Section??? No reference to my letter of 20 December...
Pathetic service and it seems like yet another case of the insurers happy to take your money but not to part with their money when you have a legitimate claim!
