I've got a problem with MTN Insurance claim department who rejected my cellphone claim because I couldn't provide the force break proof. I have lost my cellphone on my way from work to home but i have explained that i suspect it could have been someone who used a remote gemming devise or it was from my bag while i was walking in town.
when i locked my car it closed the windows automatically and when i came back there was no sign of break in to show that there was something wrong. in the morning I received an SMS to say that I have reached my limit and that's were i noticed that my Tablet is missing and I suspected that a Gamming devise could have been used.
Now MTN doesn't want to pay my claim because there was no break in in y car which i think it's being unfair and I have also explained that there is a possibility that the phone is not in the car because I'm not sure exactly where the phone got lost and I'm not sitting with a R20 000 bill as well because they used my phone
