Claim Rejection of iPad

I had my company lap top & my personal iPad out the boot of my car in DBN. My signal was jammed. I submitted my claim, waited for 2 weeks for an answer, which I didn't receive, I had to follow up after CIB. I reported my belongings as with the police, got a case number, blacklisted my device with my mobile network operator, even though the iPad was taken through FNB.I explained that I could not provide proof of forcible entry even though they are aware remote jamming is a serious problem in this country. they just said that the claim will be rejected. I also checked for video footage of the 2 places I was at, the first place the footage was viewed & the incident did not occur there, the second place my car was just outside the cameras reach from a petrol station next to the business I went into. I was told that it would go to a rejection comittee explaining why they rejected my claim, I am yet to receive such a letter from CIB.CIB are theives, I've been paying insurance and EXPECT services to be fullfilled. They acknowlede that remote jamming is a problem, they are no better than the criminals as they have my money, they've even deducted payment again this month
