On the 12th December 2013 a woman drove in front of me and i collided into her, she acknowledged guilt of the accident.

So we said we are going to go through her insurance.

This is almost 2month later and when i phoned zurich today they told me that this 3rd party claim has not even been appointed to anyone their at their company.

my motorbike is the only way of transport and now i have to beg people around for transport getting to work and back

i think this is at most the slowest service i have ever seen experienced in my life!!!
