My vehicle (5 months old) was bumped by a person insured with Zurich. I got quotes. When the quotes were sent to Zurich I-Trust and Net Assess came into the game. I was sent to their assessoe which decided on a amount. Now I am told they do not sent my vechile for repairs but pay me an amount. I do not want money but my vechile repaired and the person who caused the accident to pay for a hired vehicle while my car is in for repair. I-trust refuese and says they not in the business of repairing vehicles or providr transport.
