The Fish Hoek branch issued me a defective temporary replacement card, after complaining I was promised that I would not be charged for it. Guess what, I am.
Went to collect my official card, Fish Hoek branch was closed. The manager phoned me after I complained and said she would even deliver my card. I said no because the Twitter Admin said that they do not charge for cards not collected. This is a false statement as I have proof that I was charged for this.
Kindly advise if Standard Bank will resolve this matter or if I should take this further?
