FNB ATM Miscounting

I withdrew R150 this morning. The ATM realesed R100. What the is wrong with FNB machines. I know R50 is little but that's my money. Funny is you must have airtime to call their helpline & no one picks up. Why do we pay bank charges for. I withdrew on this ATM 6213 035 EKAYA SH 13.11.13 @ 07:51 28/01/2014
