I don't even know where to begin with everything that went wrong from the initial claim to cancelling my policy. The simply never return calls, no one wants to take responsibility at the call centre or give direct answers as to why processes are being delayed. It seems like they ignore your claim if your car is still drivable. The service is absolutely terrible! Conclusion: MiWay should not advertise a 'hassle free' claims process!
