I'm a happy person now, thank you FNB

On the 27th of Jan 2014, i paid for my groceries at Spar Calswald using my FNB card. I then noticed that the transaction was charged twice and i was advised by the Spar Branch Manager to call FNB and ask them to refund the money as they could not do it from their side since it was an authentication issue or something. I then called FNB the following day and spoke to Tebogo who told me that the reversal will take 5 WORKING DAYS!!! I was shocked to the core! He then transferred me to premier banking where i spoke to Lesego who also advised that it normally takes 5 working days but she then called her Supervisor, Caswill. I told him that i needed the money for my child's school fees and 5 days was just not good enough and he promised me that he will do all he can to ensure that the money is transferred asap. Less than 15 min after i spoke to both Lesego and Caswill, i got an SMS from my phone that the money has been refunded back into my account. Thank you again for the SUPERB service, and for going beyond the calls of duty to ensure that i'm able to get my money instantly.
