All I did was to change my banking details and then I was debited twice, and two different amounts.
When I call the call centre- nobody wants to take responsibility.
Now other debit orders were returned and I have to pay bank charges and interest for something I did not do.
The accounts department is not trained properly and now I am paying dearly.
I have not received the payment even today. I have been told that we are requesting the money...
