I opened an RCS account towards the end of last year. I phoned in December to set up a direct debit in order to pay my account on a monthly basis and on the 1st of each month. I was advised that the first payment would be taken off on 1 January 2014. Upon returning to work a week later i noted that the first installment had not been deducted.
I then received a statement from RCS on 14 January 2014 which stated that I was already in arrears on my first installment (as the first direct debit had not gone off). I am now required to pay 2 months' worth of installments on 1 February.
I phoned RCS on 14 January and was advised that a manager would phone me to discuss the issue.
I am still waiting.
