I was very unhappy with the service rendered by previous consultants. They were not professional and couldn't understand my query! It was very frustrating! I decided there and then to end my contract with Miway. I was then transferred to Ntokozo Mjokane to give more information regarding contract termination. He took his time to listened to my query, investigated, offered alternatives and solution and ended up in reaching in amicable solution. Guess what? I took another policy instead of ending my marriage with Miway! Miway should thank him for his professionalism in rendering his services otherwise I would be out of their books by now!
