WHAT PRESTIGE BANKING?

The worst 6 months of my life after moving to Standard Bank!!!

Walked in at Alice lane with a friend of mine who is a Standard Bank client and was recruited to join the so called " amazing Standard Bank". Consultant made sure that she gave me all the juicy details about the amazing service they would offer me as a new graduate. ' Dont worry about your debit orders, we will move them for you". 3 months later nothing had been done and i was still using my old bank until i received a letter demanding money that i owed Standard bank as account was not being used. Was told to destroy card as using it would be regarded as. Sent email to the so called prestige banking email address and got a response that my complaint was sent to the branch manager and I would get a response soon. 3 months later I am still waiting.. ohh and the branch is closed and we were not even informed as clients.#AMAZING SERVICE INDEED# Then early this week I decide to use their online share trading platform to be told by the call centre that Foreigners are not allowed. I thought that was a bit weird. Today I try to send money by 'instant money', and also not for foreigners to use! WOW!
