Prestige Banking has been my worst nightmare

I am absolutely shocked at the lack of service from the so called Prestige Banking division at Standard Bank... Is standard bank on a drive to lose clients... how will Standard Bank explain this one :
06 Dec 2012 I went into Clearwater Standard Bank and spoke to a consultant named: Chenille, who politely explained the "benefits of prestige banking, little did I know that it was hogwash and the beginning of my worst nightmare. Chenille confirmed that she will be switching my salary & debit orders - and to this date my salary has never been switched 8 weeks later???
24/01/2013 - returned to Clearwater branch and spoke to Adri - she informed me that my banker is Lungile however she was out on lunch, so Adri made a copy of my ID document and took down my contact details she promised me that Lungile will investigate this matter and call with feedback when she returns from lunch. On my way out I bumped into Amira, who was at the front desk - she could remember me very well, but she could not explain why my card was never ordered. She was supposed to have done this on the 14Dec2012 already... 5 days later and i am still waiting for a call from Lungile, is she still on lunch?
